Hello and Welcome!

I am a practicing Advocate with over a decade experience appearing as counsel before various courts and tribunals in India on cases concerning arbitration, constitutional law, employment law, indirect taxation, private international law, etc. Additionally, I am also a Company Secretary having significant experience in drafting agreements, due-diligence and providing advisory services specifically to start-ups and MSME. My research areas include Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Strategy and Emerging Technology. 

I have published papers in journals like the International Journal of Public Law and Policy, Asia-Pacific Journal on Human Rights and the Law, Asian Business Lawyer, India Law Journal, etc. I have presented papers in numerous international conferences and seminars. I have been an integral part of the office of the Assistant Solicitor General of India and was also associated with the International Cricket Council (ICC), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and State Bank of India (SBI) during my stint at my law school, Gujarat National Law University. I am regularly invited to judge national and international competitions based on Antitrust, Constitution, Information Technology and National Security laws at various Universities.
