As a research scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur in the field of Strategy and Public Policy, my focus is on understanding the complex interplay between corporate governance and sustainability. Specifically, my work centers around foresight-driven corporate governance, which involves incorporating forward-looking, anticipatory perspectives to anticipate future challenges and opportunities in the face of rapid technological and social change. Through my work, I am to contribute to the academic and practical understanding of how foresight-driven corporate governance can enable organizations to navigate complex challenges with a long-term perspective to achieve sustainability outcomes.  

My experience as an assistant professor has been invaluable in shaping my research agenda. It has allowed me to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field and develop a deep understanding of the practical challenges faced by organizations in implementing corporate governance practices that promote sustainability. This has enabled me to develop research that is not only theoretically rigorous but also highly relevant to the needs of practitioners in the field. 

When I am not engrossed in my research, I love to travel. Exploring new places and experiencing different cultures allows me to gain fresh perspectives and inspiration for my work. I believe that traveling helps broaden my horizons and deepen my understanding of the complex global challenges that my work seeks to address.
