Jitendra Kumar
I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Physics, IIT Jodhpur, pursuing research in the area of Experimental High Energy Particle Physics. My research domain is flavor physics at Belle II Experiment. The Belle II is a second-generation (luminosity frontier) experiment at SuperKEKB, Tsukuba, Japan, and it's equipped with the latest technologies and innovations. The SuperKEKB with the nano-beam scheme, is expected to deliver about ∼40x higher instantaneous luminosity as compared to its previous generation KEKB. The Belle II started collecting data in mid-2018 and will be collecting a total of 50 ab- integrated luminosity (50x Belle first generation) in the coming years.
