Raman Charpak Fellow, University of Technology of Troyes, France

I am a research scholar affiliated with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Jodhpur. I am working under the supervision of Dr. Ankur Gupta, Associate Professor, at IIT Jodhpur.

My thesis work has been completely focused on “Advanced Micro/Nano Manufacturing Techniques for Sensing and Remeidation”. I aim to develop a low-cost functional platform on flexible substrates integrated with the use of micro/nano manufacturing techniques. The importance of my work lies in the potential impact it can have on public health outcomes across a wide range of industries, for example, gas sensors, biosensors, and wastewater treatment. By developing affordable and portable sensors, my goal is to provide immediate results that can significantly influence the petroleum industry, sewer lines, scientific laboratories, and various other environments.
