MTech, MTech-PhD, and PhD Admissions 2022, IIT Jodhpur

The Department of Electrical Engineering invites bright and enthusiastic students from various engineering institutes and colleges to participate in the Departmental Open House on Monday, 18 April 2022 at 4 pm. As a part of the EE Online Open House on our MTech, MTech-PhD and PhD Programs, we invite prospective students to take a virtual tour of our department and its research and academic facilities, and interact with faculty members and doctoral students.

PhD Program:

The Department of Electrical Engineering offers PhD in a wide range of emerging and challenging research areas of electrical engineering and allied interdisciplinary areas of communication engineering, RF, microwaves & photonics, control engineering, power engineering, signal processing and computing systems, and microelectronics & VLSI. The areas can also be mapped with the current technology tracks of the Department that include 5G and Beyond Communication, Signal Processing & Interpretation, Cyber-Physical Systems, Nano-electronics & Integrated Circuits, Smart Grid, Embedded systems & SoC, and Artificial Intelligence & Internet-of-Things (IoT). As a part of the Open House on 18 April, students are also invited to participate in a Paper/Poster Presentation Contest during the event, and win exciting prizes. Read more

All participants of the Paper/Poster Contest would receive an e-certificate of participation. Top three presentations in both categories would receive e-certificate of recognition and gift vouchers (First Prize: Rs. 5000, Second Prize: Rs. 3000, Third Prize: Rs. 1000).
