I hold a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, where my research focused on the fabrication and optoelectronic studies of two-dimensional metal halide perovskites. Currently, I am an Academic Research Associate at the School of Physics, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram. I am keen to advance emerging semiconductor materials by investigating their fundamental properties and engineering novel devices for next-generation optoelectronic and neuromorphic applications. These include solar cells, photodetectors, transistors, photonic memristors, light-emitting diodes, etc.
