Hello!

My name is  Dr.  Scindhiya Laxmi and welcome to my homepage. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computing at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad, India. 

Previously, I was the research associate in the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. From 2017-2022,  I was the Ph.D. student in the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India. I received my Masters of Science in Mathematics and Scientific Computing from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, India.

My primary research interests focus on advancing physics-informed neural networks and their applications in biomedical imaging. Previously, I developed advanced support vector machine-based tools for pattern recognition and applied them across a range of domains.
