Bioinorganic Chemistry Laboratory

This group focuses on elucidating the mechanism of small molecule activation by metalloenzymes and bio-inspired synthetic model complexes using different advanced spectroscopic techniques. The major goal of this group is to replace drastic reaction conditions (high temperature, high pressure, etc.) used in industries with eco-friendly sustainable processes using metallo-enzymes and synthetic metal complexes as catalysts.
