ACCOMMODATION

2022 URSI-RCRS is going to take place at IIT Indore from December 01-04, 2022. The conference is being held in physical mode and active participation from various sectors across the country is anticipated. To cater to the need for accommodation of the participants, the following facilities are arranged:

(1) Institute accommodation:

A limited number of institute accommodations are available for the participants. The preference will be given to the participants traveling alone and having paper(s) accepted in RCRS-URSI 2022. A google form asking for the expression of interest to avail of the institute accommodation is appended below. Participants, satisfying the above criteria, are requested to fill up the form, at their earliest convenience. The organizing committee has the sole discretion to finalize the list of participants receiving the institute accommodation. A separate mail confirming the institute accommodation will be sent to the selected participants in the second week of November month.

The google form link: https://forms.gle/Fsy7vn32DECWwYFs5. We have received sufficient applications so far which is more than what we can accommodate. Hence, we are not taking any more requests. We will start emailing those who are confirmed for Insitute accommodation on or before November 11, 2022.
