Hello! I’m Mohd Faisal Khan, a Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Indore.
I am currently working in the Nanoscale Devices, VLSI Circuit and System Design (NSDCS) Research Lab, where my research focuses on the design of low power AI accelerators for edge devices.

VLSI circuit and system design with a focus on low-power, high-performance digital architectures
Physical design automation and RTL-to-GDSII implementation methodologies
EDA tools, design flows, and optimization techniques for ASIC and FPGA platforms
