IEEE Madhya Pradesh Section CAS Chapter is developed by a group of enthusiastic and young researchers of Madhya Pradesh with a diverse background in electronics engineering, microelectronics and embedded circuits and systems design. The main objective of the CAS Chapter is to enhance the interest and passion of young professionals in the modernization of the semiconductor industry, a fast-growing research field with wide applications in almost all aspects of human life. The CAS Chapter aims to facilitate its student members by enhancing their active participation and incorporating them within the global network of semiconductor and VLSI community consisting of academicians, researchers, scientists and engineers of different institutions and organizations from all over the world. This chapter also aims for providing a global platform to participate to discuss and collaborate with professionals working in the VLSI domain. It also aims to reach out to pre-university and graduate students and garner their budding interest in VLSI technologies and its aligned research area. The CAS Chapter actively organizes invited talks, hands-on workshops on various circuit design and simulation tools like Cadence, LTSpice, NgSpice with open source foundries like Skywater and other industry standard foundries, various programming languages used in advanced systems designs like Python, Verilog, and Matlab etc. The activities also cover various emerging technologies, conduct distinguished lectures, seminars, short-term courses and many other events.
