The AIEC Lab develops energy-efficient integrated circuits and design approaches for emerging electronic systems. Our research spans analog and mixed-signal circuit design, energy harvesting and power management, and AI-assisted analog circuit design, with an emphasis on translating circuit concepts into hardware implementations.

We develop interface circuits and power-management solutions for energy-harvesting and self-powered electronic systems. Our work focuses on efficient energy extraction and power conversion from ambient vibrations, from circuit design to integrated hardware implementation.
