Hello all, I am Saraswati Girish Nanoti, a National Postdoctoral Fellow (NPDF) at the Indian Institute of Science. My mentor is Prof. Sunil Chandran Leela and I am currently working on problems related to structural graph theory and combinatorics. I have completed my PhD in June 2025 from IIT Gandhinagar. My supervisor was Prof. Neeldhara Misra and my thesis title is "Games on Graphs and Graphs from Games". For my PhD thesis, I enjoyed working mainly on the "Eternal Vertex Cover" problem but have also tried working in other games such as the New Eternal Vertex Cover Game, the Two Step Graph Protection Game, the Eternal Dominating Set problem and the Game of Aggression. In addition, I have also dabbled my hands in projects involving computational geometry, fair division and algebraic complexity. For details, please check out the Publications section or my CV.

In addition to counting stuff, playing games and calling it research, I had also started scribbling some random thoughts in a blog. I love long outdoor runs too.
