Postdoctoral Candidates [2 open position]:

Candidates with background in analog/mixed-signal/power-management circuit design are preferred. PhD students with thesis submitted are also eligible to apply. Please email with your CV.

PhD Students [2 open positions]: 

Please refer to IIT Gandhinagar's PhD program admissions page. B.Tech students are also eligible to apply for direct PhD.

In addition to regular PhD admissions, under Start-Early program, eligible Final year BTech students from IITs, NITs and select colleges can apply for direct PhD program with NO GATE qualification requirement. Email me for any questions regarding eligibility criteria.

MTech Students [Multiple positions]:

Our MTech program in Integrated Circuit Design and Technology (ICDT) is uniquely crafted to meet the growing need of the semiconductor industry; admissions offered through COAP. Also Final Year BTech Students from select institutes can apply for Early Admit MTech Program during their 7th semester; application deadline is generally early October.   

Junior Research Fellow (JRF) [2 open positions]:

BTech Students [Multiple positions]:

IIT Gandhinagar BTech students are welcome to pursue independent research projects with or without EE 299/
EE 399/EE 499 course enrollment. You will have the freedom to tailor the proportion of 'Research' vs. 'Development' in your R&D project, as per your interest. Please email or visit during office hours. 

Non-IIT Gandhinagar BTech students can apply through Summer Research Internship Program. Analog and Mixed-Signal Circuit coursework and circuit simulation skills are expected. If your institute allows final semester (atleast 4 months) full-time academic research internship, please email your resume with brief description of past projects/internships.
