Learning from IITGN Library: The library traineeship at IITGN library is an important part of my life which has shaped my carrier and my personalities too. I gained hands-on experience in different areas of library functions, including collection development, user management, conducting workshops/ events, research support, and many more responsibilities. Working in a technologically advanced and user-focused academic library enhanced my practical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication, and professional confidence. Equally important, the collaborative work culture and guidance from the library team inspired me to approach every responsibility with dedication and a commitment to continuous learning.

Currently Working: 

Interest in LIS Field: Digital Library Systems, AI Integration, Knowledge Management, Research Data Management and Scholarly Communication. 

Goals in LIS field: To pursue PhD, work and do research to get new insights in the LIS field.
