The prime motivation of this two-days workshop is to discuss the current developments in the area of flavor physics and related insights to understand the deeper mysteries of nature in sub-nuclear energy/length scales. These aspects will cover both the electroweak and strongly interacting sectors of particle physics. The rare decays of heavy hadrons (e.g., B-meson and B-Baryon) are very sensitive to the presence of new heavy particles (if any) contributing to the modes at the tree level or via the loop process. At the same time, the heavy flavors (such as charm and bottom quarks) play an essential role in understanding the complex aspect of the hot QCD medium created in relativistic heavy-ion collisions. This workshop is intended for the exchange of new ideas in the mentioned areas and for discussions about future projects in the field.
