About
Dr. Bhatia received his Ph.D. from the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (NCBS-TIFR), Bangalore, where he worked on structural DNA nanotechnology and was recognized with outstanding thesis awards. Following his doctoral studies, he pursued postdoctoral research at the Institut Curie, Paris, supported by Human Frontier Science Program (HFSP) and the Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship. In 2018, he joined IIT Gandhinagar as a faculty member and has since also held the DST-SERB Ramanujan Fellowship where he is currently working as an Associate Professor as well as member of INYAS - INSA (2023 - 2028).
