The Dubey Lab seeks highly motivated and curious researchers with a strong interest in structural biology and antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Prospective applicants are encouraged to go through the lab’s research and publications before applying.

What We Do

We use an integrated approach combining:

• Structural biology (X-ray crystallography, Cryo-EM)

• Biochemistry & biophysics (protein purification, functional assays)

• Computational biology (AlphaFold, molecular docking, MD simulations)

• Molecular biology & microbiology

Opportunities

• Summer Interns / Fellows (2026): Minimum 6-month commitment

• Junior Research Fellows (JRFs): Background in molecular biology, protein biochemistry, or bioinformatics preferred

• Ph.D. Students: Apply through BSBE, IIT Dharwad (as per institute guidelines)

• Postdoctoral Researchers: Independent candidates welcome; those with fellowships or applying to NPDF encouraged
