• For Faculty/Postdocs: ₹8000 (accommodation for three days included)

• For Students: ₹2500 (without accommodation) / ₹3500 (with accommodation for three days)

• For Industrial Participants: ₹15000 (accommodation for three days included)

• Early Bird Registration: Faculty/Postdocs ₹7000 (accommodation included) 

                          Students ₹2000 (no accommodation) / ₹3000 (with accommodation)

Intimation of Poster/Oral Presentation: 05/05/2025 

      *a separate email will be sent to intimate Oral/Poster presentation

Abstract Submission (for Keynote/Invited Speakers): Keynote and Invited speakers are requested to upload abstract and details using the following link: Invited Speakers Registration Form 

Abstract Submission (for Poster/Oral Presentation): Faculty members and students are invited to submit abstracts for Oral and Poster presentations at AMEES-2025. Please upload abstract and registration fee payment details using the following link: Poster/Oral Abstract Registration Form 

*Applicants will receive an email notification for the intimation of Oral/Poster presentation. 

*We have nearly 15 best poster awards from ACS and RSC.
