Registration
Registration
The registration for the symposium is to be done online by the prospective participants. The registration will begin from 15th March, 2023 and it will be closed on 31st March, 2023. The registration fees include symposium kit, entry to all sessions, all lunches and refreshments. The following google form is required to be filled by the participants for the purpose:-
The format for the Abstract template is given below. The participants must follow it.
The format for the Poster template is given below. The participants must follow it.
Applications for this symposium must be submitted by deadline. Please apply early, as the symposium has a limited seat capacity. If the meeting is oversubscribed, applications received at a later date will only be considered by the symposium organizers if more seats become available due to cancellations. The abstract for the poster presentation must be submitted in pdf format via registration link.
Accommodation
Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided at IIT Bombay Guest House and students' hostels, and will be made available on request from participants.
Guesthouse accommodation is limited.
Guesthouse accommodation can be availed as-
Single occupancy [Price: Rs. 3000 per day]
Double occupancy [Price: Rs. 4000 per day]
Student hostel accommodation can be availed for Rs. 300 per day per person.
Participants availing of the guesthouse for accommodation need to pay at the end of their stay.
The payment for the accommodation will be notified later.
Request to all participants: AFTER completing payment of hostel accommodation, please fill the form below to verify your payment and fill your accommodation choice. The last date for payment of registration fees is 15th May, 2023.
