Group of Natural History and Science Illustrators India (GNHSII)
Purpose
The group is aimed to support and encourage creative individuals and Designers to build their professional careers in Natural History and Science Communication, Data Visualization, Botanical Illustrations, and related fields. The group's mission is to provide professional guidance and nurture the talents and hopes to achieve a collaborative community of Illustrators and Communication Designers. Through this platform IDC School of Design (1969), IIT Bombay would like to lead the mission of Science dissemination, saving Natural resources, and encouraging sustainable and harmonious living.
What we've aspire
The IDC School of Design has been involved in various activities and projects directly under the ambit of Natural History, Science Communication, and Data Visualization in Traditional, new, and immersive media. We are proud to support this community through various channels of Design Education, Professional interactions with experts and enthusiasts and hope to bring it to the National and International forums.
