OSCAR JUAREZ, Ph.D.

Associate Professor of Biology

I have been interested in Biology since I can remember, in particular in Biochemistry. I obtained my Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences in 2006 from the National University of Mexico and performed PostDoctoral Studies, followed by appointments as Research Associate and Research Assistant Professor, at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

I am particularly interested in mechanistic aspects of enzymes and in the control of complex metabolic networks ... and yes, I am smiling in the picture.

KARINA TUZ, Ph.D. - LAB MANAGER
