About Us

The Minds behind our Marine Energy Solution

We are a team of students at Illinois Institute of Technology participating in the Marine Energy Collegiate Competition for the 2023-2024 year. Other places you can check us out are listed here:

Our team is divided into subteams, each focusing on a specific challenge for the competition. These subteams include a team that focuses on the community engagement side of our project, a team that focuses on the business side of our project, and three technical teams focusing on the design side of our project.

Community Engagement Team

The community engagement team connects with marine industry professionals to conduct interviews about the industry and works with our local community to plan an event that provides education about marine energy.
