Jacqueline Fernandez is a Sri Lankan actress and model who primarily works in the Hindi film industry. The winner of the 2006 Miss Universe Sri Lanka pageant.  Jacqueline Fernandez was born on August 11, 1985, in Manama, Bahrain, to a Sri Lankan father and a Malaysian mother. Jacqueline Fernandez completed her early education in Bahrain and then went on to pursue a degree in Mass communication from the University of Sydney in Australia.

Jacqueline Fernandez made her acting debut in the 2009 Bollywood film "Aladin," for which she received a nomination for the Best Female Debut at the Filmfare Awards. She then appeared in several other Hindi films, including "Murder 2," "Race 2," "Kick," "Judwaa 2," and "Dishoom." Jacqueline Fernandez has also worked in some Telugu and Tamil films.

Besides acting, Jacqueline Fernandez is also known for her dancing skills and has appeared in various music videos and stage shows. She has won several awards for her performances, including the International Indian Film Academy Awards, Zee Cine Awards, and Stardust Awards.

Jacqueline Fernandez is also a humanitarian and has been associated with various charitable causes, including PETA, Habitat for Humanity, and The Pratham Foundation. She is also a fitness enthusiast and practices yoga and other physical activities to maintain her health and well-being.
