Anarkali Akarsha is a well-known actress and model from Sri Lanka. She was born on July 12, 1987, in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Anarkali grew up in Colombo and attended the Holy Family Convent in Bambalapitiya for her primary education. She later enrolled in Visakha Vidyalaya, Colombo, for her secondary education.

Anarkali began her career as a model at the age of 15, after being scouted by a talent agency while shopping with her mother. She quickly gained popularity and became a sought-after model in Sri Lanka's fashion industry. In 2004, she won the title of Miss Sri Lanka International, which further boosted her career.
