  • Parking instructions.

    • Carpool information. I tried to setup carpool on https://www.groupcarpool.com/ but pick your own tool if there is something better.

    • Please check there is ample parking for 15+ cars for the group

  • Activity Details:

    • Why, benefits, value to participants

    • Logistics.
