Accommodation

The institute guest house, Visitors Forest Retreat (VFR) is nestled within the picturesque IISER TVM campus in the Western Ghats. Food and accommodation in the VFR will be organized for the invited speakers on behalf of the institute. 

All external Ph.D. Students and Postdocs attending the conference will be provided accommodation in the Institute Hostels with shared bathrooms. The Hostel rooms come with bedding materials (such as mattress, pillow, bedsheet etc.).

Campus accommodation for external students is available only from the morning of 23rd January 2026 to the afternoon of 25th January 2026.
