By Air: The nearest major airport to Berhampur is Biju Patnaik International Airport (BBI) in Bhubaneswar, about 170 kilometers away. Pickup may be arranged from the Bhubaneswar airport for participants (on request) arriving on the evening of November 8, 2024, and the morning of November 9, 2024. Please provide travel details in the registration form for making appropriate travel arrangements. Those arriving later may contact us by email for alternate arrangements.

By Train: Berhampur has its railway station, "Brahmapur" Railway Station (watch out for the spelling, station code is BAM). You can find trains connecting Berhampur to most major cities in India.
