Registration

Registration is a must to participate in the scientific program and other ICFPAM-2024 activities. The registration includes entry to technical sessions, conference kit, coffee break, lunches, and banquet dinner. Please take advantage of the Early Bird Registration, which will open soon. If you have any concerns regarding registration, please write to us at icfpam2024@iiserbpr.ac.in.

Accompanying guests

Accompanying guests may attend the banquet dinner by paying an additional charge of USD 75 (foreign guests) and INR 3,540 (Indian guests). Lunch will NOT be provided to these guests at the conference venue.

*Registration for foreign research scholars/postdocs does not include accommodation. On request, research scholars and postdocs will be provided complimentary accommodation equivalent to that provided for Indian students.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us by emailing icfpam2024@iiserbpr.ac.in. Refund requests will be processed after the conference concludes. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 September 2024.
