We are looking to recruit PhDs and a Postdoc to work on the role of LINE-1 transposons in genomic instability and cancer under the Wellcome Trust-DBT IA Intermediate Funded Project. For PhD position, CSIR/JRF or any other fellowship would be preferable. We have open positions for 2 Ph.Ds and a Post-Doc to study :

1. Transposons and Transposopathies

2. Host-Pathogen Interactions in Mycobacterium tuberculosis

A background with Bioinformatics such as RNAseq, ChiP seq and ATACseq would be desirable. Experienced with

scripting languages such as R, python and Linux would be preferred.
