Registration steps involved:

1. Calculate the registration fee you would have to pay using the program below. Fee detail table is also provided. 

2. Once you have calculated the registration fee you would have to pay, please use the "State Bank Collect" mode to make the payment towards NMRS 2026 registration. Step by step instructions on how to do shall be updated in due course of time. Please save a PDF of the payment confirmation to be uploaded in the next step.

3. Please use this google form to submit necessary details of your registration process. We shall revert back once we have reconciled your payment to provide email confirmation.

Note: Please check necessary deadlines for registration (important dates), late fee shall be 25% beyond the deadline.

Kindly scroll down (for certain devices, such as mobile phones) to ensure all fields (such as accommodation and accompanying person) are visible. The final sum and the distribution can be downloaded as JPEG or PDF (radio buttons appear in the bottom once total is done). Please download them and use it when submitting the Google form (below).

Bank details for registration fee payment

Domestic payments can be made via SBI Collect, please follow these steps

1. Navigate to https://onlinesbi.sbi.bank.in/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm

2. Select Category: EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

3. Search: INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH (choose "Madhya Pradesh")

4. Payment category: NMRS Annual Conference-2026 (from the drop down menu)

5. Please add all necessary details (name of payee, email, etc.). Ensure email address is correctly entered as payment confirmation shall be sent to the email.

6. Importantly, choose the "Payee Category" carefully.

7. Select "Registration Fee" based on category, whether you require accommodation and an additional person is joining.

8. Please enter the "Registration Fee Amount" correctly.

9. Once you check the details entered, you will be directed to the "Payment" page, where you can choose across NETBANKING, CARD PAYMENTS and OTHER PAYMENT MODES. 

   • Please note that UPI payment mode is not available between 22:30-23:30 IST

   • Bank charges may apply for NETBANKING and CREDIT CARD payments, please be aware. This will be in addition to the registration fee collected.

10. Once payment is completed, please ensure to print a PDF/JPEG of the payment confirmation. A receipt for the same shall be provided when you are attending the conference.
