Bio: Dr. Akshay Agarwal is an assistant professor in the Department of Data Science and Engineering at IISER Bhopal, India. He received his doctoral degree (Ph.D.) from IIIT-Delhi, India in 2020. He has also worked as a postdoctoral scientist at the University at Buffalo, NY, USA from January 2021 to September 2022 and as a research assistant professor at Texas A&M University, Kingsville, USA from December 2019 to December 2020. His Ph.D. thesis titled ``Panoptic Defenses for Secure Computer Vision'' has won the IEEE Biometrics Council Best Doctoral Dissertation Award 2021. His research interests are machine learning and deep learning including fairness and trustworthiness of biometrics and computer vision algorithms. He has authored over forty publications including, journals and peer-reviewed conferences. He is on the program committee of several top-listed research conferences including, ICML, CVPR, and NeurIPS along with the reviewer of top journals such as IEEE TIFS, IEEE TNNLS, and PR.

Gaurav Goswami (Member, IEEE) received a Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 2018., He has been with IBM as an AI/ML Scientist since 2017. He has authored several intellectual property disclosures and more than 20 articles in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. His research interests are machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and biometrics., Dr. Goswami was also a recipient of the INAE Best Doctoral Dissertation Award and the IEEE Biometrics Council Best Doctoral Dissertation Award.
