 About the symposium

This interdisciplinary symposium showcases ongoing research in areas of cellular and tissue-level biophysics: intracellular dynamics, active matter, cellular decision-making and mechanobiology, with speakers spanning across various institutes in Bangalore: IISc, NCBS, Azim Premji University, ICTS and RRI. The speakers, through theoretical and/or experimental approaches, are working towards deciphering the underlying physical principles governing the behavior and organization of cells and tissues.
