Dedicated to all girls on earth who are denied their life, right, respect, dream, and passion.
"I shall either find a way or make one"
The meaning of Aparajita is invincible. It’s a word that resonates with my soul. Under Expedition Aparajita my ambitious goal is to climb some of the highest mountains and the highest volcanic mountains of the seven continents and more.
Two reasons to undertake expedition Aparajita:
(a) I want to raise my voice against discrimination of all forms, especially against the women folks. I, being a woman, have my lion share of experiences. 'When I liberate myself, I liberate others. If I don’t speak out, nobody is going to speak out for me.' I cannot commit injustice by doing nothing. Expedition Aparajita is my unique way of protest. I want to warn all those standing on the wrong side of the line: remember that “There are wrongs which even the grave does not bury.” You will be marked as red even when you don't exist.
(b) Secondly, but equally important, I must find an answer for this question, because despite recognising my extra-ordinary hard work to be what I am today, I feel that I am not doing enough:
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?”
I have penned down my story. Please read it. The link is given below.
I will not exist one day, but the story of Expedition Aparajita will remain.
Guidance
In this effort, I am fortunate to be guided by Satyarup Siddhanta, a renowned mountaineer holding several records including Guinness World Records. The most important being the youngest mountaineer in the world and the first from India to climb both the Seven Summits and Volcanic Seven Summits on 15 January 2019 at 10:10 pm Chile time. Learn about Satyarup from here, here and here.
