Accion:

• I helped in tying the plastic bags filled with Gatorade or water and helped distribute the waters to the people that were running in the event. Then, we waited until the last person came and then we packed up or equipment and waited for the others to come pick us up.

Reflexion:

• This wasn't as fun sine I only had to hand out the water, but I do admire the people that do participate in that event, seeing that no matter what physical disability you have you can still make it with your determination.
