The race distance will be 1600 meters in women's category and 3000 meters in men's category.
Entrants are required to abide by the Race Rules and marshals’ directions.
Runner numbers will be allocated to each registered runner. Any runner who competes in another person’s race number will be disqualified.
The race organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel applications, including duplicate applications, or alter the date of the event, the course route or distance.
There is a cut off time for the start – if you arrive later than the scheduled reporting time you will not be allowed to cross the start line.
Race Map will be shared after registrations.
Race marshals and medical team members have the authority to disqualify and remove any runner they consider to be acting dangerously, or to be unfit to compete.
Runners are required to give assistance to fallen runners, and to report any casualties immediately to the nearest first aid post or race marshal
In the event of any dispute the decision of the Race Referee and Race Director shall be final.
Runners are required to run in shoes. Goggles and earphones are optional and may be used by the runners.
Overtaking is allowed and must be done without causing obstacles to the fellow runners.
MEDICAL ADVICE for Running:
If you suffer from any form of medical condition, you must mark the front of your number with a prominent waterproof cross. Please give brief details of your medical condition and what medication you take on the reverse of your number.
1. Each team will have 8 players on the field and 3 substitutes. The total team size would be 11 members. A player can only be a part of a single team. A team can enter the competition once only.
2. 20 minutes for each half with a 5-minute break between the halves.
3. In the group, each team will get to play league matches. Points distribution will be:
- WIN – 2 points, LOSS – 0 points, DRAW – 1 point for each team.
- The team, which has a lower goal difference (Goals Favour-Goals Against) will be ranked higher.
- If there is a tie in goal difference, the team which scored more goals will be ranked higher.
- In case, after following the above rules, the tie is not resolved, then a Penalty shootout will be held.
4. Semis and Finals will be decided on Penalty shootout if the score line is tied after normal time and one extra time of 7 minutes.
5. Players will not be allowed to wear metal studs or metal spikes. Rubber studs or Football shoes are allowed.
6. The decisions on the field are at the Referees' discretion. Foul play is not advised keeping the fair play spirit in mind.
- Two yellow cards in a single match would amount to a red card resulting in the player missing the next match and ongoing match also.
7. Substitution: 2 Player Substitution and 1 Goalkeeper substitution will be permitted during the match. Players substituted can come to play again in the same match.
Each squad will comprise of a maximum of 10 players on the field with 2 extra players.
It has been decided that all of the matches will take place in the football ground.
A player can only be a part of a single team. A team can enter the competition once only.
In the group, each team will get to play league matches. Points distribution will be:
WIN – 2 points, LOSS – 0 points, DRAW – 1 point for each team.
In case of a tie at league stage, the team with higher net run rate will be ranked higher.
Every game has a total of 10 overs except for finals and semi finals, and there is no single-player batting.
When there are three beamers in a single over, the over is considered to be cancelled.
There are additional runs for bowling wide ball and no ball.
No running allowed for any kind of a bye, and the same rule applies to
overthrows.
Side change for batsmen is allowed only when a successful run is scored, not when catch is taken.
Draws in knockout matches will be decided by super over.
In an innings, a maximum of 2 players can bowl 3 overs. Other bowlers will have to bowl less than 3 overs.
In the first 4 overs, it is mandatory to have 4 fielders inside the circle. For the rest of the match, 3 fielders have to be inside the circle.
Other rules and updates will be informed before the tournament.
Each squad will comprise of a maximum of 9 players with 6 active players on the court at any point of time.
A player can only be a part of a single team. A team can enter the competition once only.
Best of 3 sets of 25 points each with last set as decider in the league matches (In case both team win a set each) and final (organizer's discretion) will be of 5 sets with the last set for 15 points (side change after 8 points).
In the group, each team will get to play league matches. Points distribution will be:
WIN – 2 points, LOSS – 0 points, DRAW – 1 point for each team.
Service change will be counted as a point (continuous point rules apply).
There will be rotation of the players within the court as per standard volleyball rules.
On line ball during play as well as during service will be considered right.
Net fault: Hitting the top band of the net or taking support from the net is classed as interfering with play.
Line cross will be treated as a foul for any body part when the game is on.
A maximum of 2 players can be designated as Liberos. If the team wishes to use Libero, it has to decide and declare the designated Libero(s) before commencement of play.
A maximum of 3 substitutions including 1 injury substitution will be allowed in each set per team.
Liberos can only have an injury substitution.
A player of the starting line- up may leave the game, but only once in a set, and re-enter, but only once in a set, and only to his/her previous position in the line-up.
A team can take a maximum of 3 time-outs of 30 seconds each in a set. If the set reaches or runs beyond a deuce, then 1 additional time out will be allowed.
In case a player gets injured, a medical time out of 1 minute will be allowed. Medical time-outs will be limited to 2 per game.
The player who undergoes a medical substitution, cannot come back to play the same game.
The referee’s decisions will be final and abiding.
All other standard Volleyball rules apply.
Rotation is compulsory.
Team captain is to submit the team list, with positions before the start of match
All players are to come properly attired for the matches as per requirements
The game will be played in doubles format only.
A team can enter the competition once only.
1 set of 6 games will be played in the preliminary stages and the semi-finals and finals will be of 3 sets with 6 games with regular tie-breaking rules applied.
Service will switch each game.
On the line ball during play as well as during service will be considered right.
General rules of international tennis will apply.
The decision of line judges and referee will be considered final.
Only five players per team on the court.
A player can be a part of only one team. A team can enter the competition once only.
2 points will be given to the winner, 1 point for draw and 0 for a loss. In case of tie at league stage, points difference will be given preference. The next preference will be given to points scored.
Score within the shot clock. Teams have a limited amount of time to shoot the ball during a given possession.
Basketball players may only advance the ball by passing or dribbling (bouncing the ball on the floor) as they move up and down the court.
The offense has five seconds to inbound the ball. After the offense scores a basket, the opposing team receives possession of the ball. One of their players has to inbound the ball from a designated spot on the sidelines of the court to resume gameplay.
The offense must advance the ball. Once an offensive team advances the ball past the half-court line, the ballhandler may not cross that line again, or a referee will award possession of the ball to the opposing team.
Defenders can legally block or steal the ball. The defending team’s goal is to prevent the offensive team from scoring by either stealing the ball
Each team is allotted a certain number of fouls. The NBA allows each team a total of five fouls per quarter. Once a team surpasses this allotment, they go “into the bonus,” which means the officials will award the opposing team with free throws for every additional foul that a player commits in that quarter of play.
Illegal contact results in a foul.
Certain rule violations result in technical fouls. A technical foul is a penalty for violating the game’s administrative rules
The event will be in a knockout format.
This event will be conducted in an outside location within 10 kms of the campus. Please arrange for your transport accordingly.
There will be singles and doubles events, both in the women’s and men’s categories. Mixed teams are allowed in the men’s category only.
A player can have only one entry in singles and can be a part of only one team in doubles.
All matches up to the semi-finals and finals will be single-game matches.
The side and first-serve will be decided by toss as usual. In single-game
matches, sides will be switched when one player/team reaches 11 points.
A game will be a standard 21-point game and in case of a deuce, the game
can go up to the golden point of 30 or if a player takes two consecutive
points. Semi Finals and Finals will have 3 sets with 21 points each.
In the semi-finals and finals, the sides will be switched in the second and
third games and at the 11th point in the third game.
All rules of badminton will be as usual with no deviation.
Warning and penalty rules are applicable for delays and player Behaviour.
If a player/team is not available for the match, no adjustments would be
made, and the opponent, if available, would move on to the next round.
Shoes are mandatory.
Nylon shuttlecocks (Yonex Mavis 350) will be used.
In all cases, the decisions of the referee and the line judges will prevail.
The tournament format will be singles and doubles. There will be separate games for men's and women's category. Mixed teams are allowed in men's category only.
A person can be a part of only one team. A person or team can enter the competition once only.
Preliminary rounds will have single set of 15 points. Semi-finals and Finals will have 3 sets of 11 points each.
Service will change every 2 points.
There will be rotation of the players as per standard table
tennis rules.

Net fault: Hitting the top band of the net would amount to re-serve upto a maximum of 2 re-serves.
Weight categories
Men: 55-65 kgs, 65-75 kgs, 75-85 kgs, 85+ kgs
Women: 50-60 kgs, 60-70 kgs, 70-80 kgs, 80+ kgs
Squat
At the Referee's signal, the lifter must bend the knees and lower the torso till the hip joint is lower than the knees.
Unlocking the lifter's knees starts the attempt. The lifter must stand with locked knees. Double bouncing or any downward movement is not allowed.
The lifter must return the bar to the racks. Lifter may ask spotter/loader for help returning bar to racks for safety. The lifter must remain with the bar.
Bench Press
After removing the bar from the racks, the lifter must wait with elbows locked in the Referee's signal. Once the lifter is still and the bar is in place, the attempt should be made.
The start signal is a downward arm movement and the word "Start.“
After getting the signal, the lifter must drop the bar to the chest, keep it still,
and then the referee will signal "Press." The lifter must return the bar to arms length without excessive arm extension. When in this position, say "Rack" and move the arm backward.
Deadlift
The lifter must face the front of the platform, lay the bar horizontally in front
of his/her feet, and lift it till standing erect.
The Referee's signal is a downward arm movement and the audible
instruction "Down." The signal is given when the bar is still, and the lifter
appears completed. Any attempt to raise the bar counts as one.
Once the effort begins, the lifter must stand erect with knees locked. If thebar settles as the shoulders come back, it shouldn't disqualify the lift.
The event will be open to all, irrespective of gender.
A team can enter the competition only once.
The event will be conducted in a knockout format. In the case of byes, the
byes will be given on a first-applicant basis, i.e. those who have applied
earlier will be given byes to the next round.
Official International Carrom Federation rules will apply in the game.
The side will be decided mutually by players or by a toss.
The player winning the toss will get white and the opening break. The player
can choose to take black and give up the opening break to the player who
lost the toss.
All matches up to the semi-finals and finals will be single-round matches. The
player clearing the board first will be the winner.
The semi-finals and finals will be 15-point matches. The scoring will be done
according to the international carrom rules.
Players are also advised to read ICF carrom rules carefully.
Rules and penalties regarding illegal play and player behaviour will also
apply.
If a player is not available to play a match, no adjustments would be made,
and the opponent, if available, would move on to the next round.
In all cases, the decision of the referee will prevail.
The event will be open to all, irrespective of gender.

The side will be decided mutually by players or by a toss.
Each player will get 15 minutes on the clock. Players are advised to focus on
their time and press their clock as soon as they play their move.
All matches up to the semi-finals and finals will be single-round matches. In
case of a draw, a tie-breaking 10-minute match will be played.
The semi-finals and finals will have 3 rounds., 20 mins each round, 1 point will
be awarded to the winner and no points will be awarded to the losing player. In case of a draw, 0.5 points will be awarded to both players. In case of a tie, a tie-breaking 10-minute match will be played. (stalemate is also a tie)
Players are also advised to read FIDE chess rules carefully. In the case of the first illegal move, 2 minutes will be added to the opponent’s time. If there is a second illegal move, the player will lose the game.
A move will be considered illegal if the clock is pressed after playing it. If the player takes back the move before pressing the clock, the move will not be considered illegal.
If a player is not available to play a match, no adjustments would be made, and the opponent, if available, would move on to the next round.
In all cases, the decision of the arbiter will prevail.
