‘GLOGIFT 18’, an International Conference with the theme “Digitalization and Flexibility for Organizational Management and Transformation” aims at providing a global forum for practitioners, policy makers, academicians, researchers and learners to share experiences, knowledge and insight in the evolution, formulation and implementation of strategies and models for transforming organizations to keep pace with the changing business ecosystems at local and global levels. The above committee will expect the presentation of the selected best papers during the conference before finalizing the list. The winners will be declared during the conference.
