Peer Community in Organization Studies: Here' s a nascent experiment with Heloise Berkowitz towards Open Science:

The objective is to respond to corporatization and metrification of the journal publication process and to chisel away at the gatekeeping for researchers in the Global South.
Most importantly, this is an effort to create a free, open access platform for a pluridisciplinary organization studies platform.
