‘Towards a fair start to every child’ - is envisioned as a joint endeavor of UNICEF and IIM-A which aims to build a knowledge constituency for children (girls and boys aged 0-18 years) and adolescents (girls and boys aged 10-19 years), especially belonging to the marginalized communities such as tribals, urban poor and children from remote rural areas of Gujarat. This partnership was established in July 2015 around the three key Strategic Result Areas (SRA):
1. Building knowledge community network of development practitioners/researchers.
2. Knowledge-sharing platforms for public policy dialogue through annual lectures, consultative workshops/seminars etc.
3. Evidence generation – documentation of good practices, development research and
evaluation.
