Prof Jignesh Bhatt got second position in best oral presentation at EBDTS '16 Melbourne, Australia.
A book named "Cradle Song a Compendium of Indian Science Fiction Stories" was published by Sara Publications which is a compilation of short science fiction stories by 3rd and 4th year students and edited by Dr. Barnali Chetia.
IIIT-V college team secured 2nd place in INTER IIIT SPORTS MEET held at kanchipuram, Dec. 2016.

- Organised second edition of KREIVA, institute level cultural fest in October, 2017.
