I am an Assistant Professor at Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, Social Sciences and Humanities Department. I did my BSc (Hons.) in Zoology from Sri Venkasteswara College, Delhi University followed by a Masters in Bioinformatics from Allahabad University. I then worked briefly at National Brain Research Center as a project assistant.

My Ph.D. was in Cognitive Neuroscience from German Primate Center, Goettingen, Germany and worked as a post-doctoral fellow at Centre of Behavioural and Cognitive Science, University of Allahabad. I am interested in studying attentional mechanisms involved in processing of visual information in our surrounding.
