Hello and Welcome to the Safety Compass! A platform for conducting simple thought experiments, gathering a woman's perspective on safety and privacy, and help better understand the parameters which, in the hindsight, drive your decision making in social context.

Assisting us would not take more than 2 minutes of yours. We encourage people from across regions to participate - the survey is in the form of images, you need not to be well versed in English for participating.
We present you with daily-activity based scenarios in a constrained environment where you make a decision at each step, with small modulations as we progress. These choices reflects your personal preferences, priorities, and factors which impact your sense of privacy and security. You judge each scenario with your decision making skills at play, and you can then see your responses in comparison with those of other users. You can also share your feedback and experience with us.

This study has been kept strictly confidential. Your decision to complete this study is voluntary. Your answers will be analyzed in an anonymous form. Your name will not be shared by the researchers with anyone. The results of the research, including your chosen answers, and your associated ratings, may be presented at scientific meetings, published in scientific journals or in other ways shared with the scientific community.
