The application sets a baseline for the ideal distance you should be from your monitors, and then tracks your face in real-time. If you sit too close to the screen, a warning pops up and you can adjust yourself accordingly, reducing the strain on your eyes.
Every blink moistens the eyes, and dry eyes are painful and harmful. Healthy blinking is about 20-25 blinks per minute, but while working with screens, it goes down to 7-10 bpm. Our app warns you if this is happening with you, ensuring you and your eyes remain refreshed.
After working continuously, our body starts to slouch, which is very harmful in the long run, so we have implemented fun and short exercises which you can do on the spot. These exercises are AI-guided and ensure that you perform them correctly.
We use activity monitoring to track your working duration, and give a reminder popup which has the option to either take a break, show any random exercise, or just go away (for when the deadline is just 15 minutes away!)
The application can be accessed via motion gestures like raising your hand, making a fist, etc. This helps the user to minimize keyboard/mouse interactions and thus helping them focus on themselves.
