Embedded Processors and Application Lab

An Embedded Processors and Application Lab is a specialized facility dedicated to the practical exploration and experimentation with microprocessors, microcontrollers, and embedded systems. In this environment, students, engineers, and researchers work with a range of microcontroller development boards, microprocessors, and associated hardware and software tools. They design and implement applications, ranging from basic control systems to more sophisticated projects involving automation, robotics, and IoT devices. These labs play a crucial role in nurturing skills in digital system design, real-time programming, and interfacing, essential for a wide spectrum of applications in embedded computing, control systems, and the Internet of Things. This hands-on approach in the lab setting equips individuals with the practical knowledge and experience necessary to work with the core components of modern computing systems and helps bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world application.

Following software/ equipment/ facilities are available in the Lab.
