Experience is the best teacher in one’s life. Wisdom comes with it. ANC operates with the objective of promoting the interaction of alumni not only with the students and the professors at IIFM but also with each other. The students seek guidance from the immense knowledge of the alumni through Alumni Talks, Chapter Meets and the Flagship event ‘Reminiscence’

C2EC3 was formed in the year 2008, as a part of IIFM’s endeavour for providing exposure to students about the various aspects of the environment and allied domains. The C2EC3, as it is called, stands with a vision of creating an opportunity to leverage the intellectual capital of leaders, domain experts, and IIFM alumni who have created new benchmarks in this area. The cell organizes interactive sessions with personalities who have carved a niche for themselves and have made a mark in the areas of conservation, environment, and sustainability.

EDC was formed in the year 2009 with the motive of providing the students with a close exposure of the corporate working and instill the values of leadership and innovation. The EDC provides support and mentorship to the budding entrepreneurs through the social incubator and in-house mentors and faculty guides. EDC in association with Startup Oasis, AICAARTECH, Villgro, IIM Ahmedabad and the UK Government has launched the Social Accelerator - MP which enables and empowers both the new ideas and already running organisations. EDC is the proud host of Coalescence, Daksh and numerous B-plan events and workshops.

Creativity is the essence of life. The Literary Club helps students in bringing out their hidden talents that can pour out in multiple forms of literature. From Poetry Competitions (Nazm-e-Nama), Debates, Discussions, Taboo Talks to sublime creative writings such as Terribly Tiny Tales the club covers it all. This helps the students to expand their creativity base and explore new ideas. ‘Imagine’ magazine is one such platform where we cover and capture the creativity of the students.

IIFM proudly hosts a completely student-run mess. The mess ensures high-quality hygienic food throughout the year. The mess committee gives a chance for the students to hone their skills in accounting, supply chain management, PR, time management and quality control.

The Nature Club is the one-stop destination for the bird lovers and the outdoor enthusiasts of IIFM. Bird watching events in collaboration with the ‘Bhopal Birds’ and various hobbyists are done regularly in the campus. Blood donation camps, campus walks, treasure hunts are regular activities of the club. Treks to National Parks and Wildlife Sanctuaries are conducted at regular intervals. In-line with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the Nature Club drives the activities of the program on the campus along with C2EC3.

Pratibimb - the Dramatics Club of IIFM, stages various plays and dramas throughout the year in and out of the institute. It gives the students wings to express themselves freely, which adds to their confidence, imagination, empathy, cooperation and communication. It also screens movies on weekends to provide much-needed relaxation to students after hectic weekdays.

The Public Relations Cell is the mouthpiece of IIFM, responsible for all external and internal communications. The Cell manages media relationships of the institute by covering various events, preparing press releases, handling social media handles, and designing campaigns. It aims to position and popularize the brand IIFM Bhopal across a variety of platforms.

Sports Club goes with the thought of “A sound mind in a sound body” and thus organizes a number of events throughout the year involving almost every student and many faculty members. With the hectic schedules over the week, the weekends are a perfect respite to sweat it out in enthusiastic inter-section Volleyball, Football, Throwball, Cricket, and Basketball matches.

It is one of the most active and vibrant clubs of the Institute. An amalgamation of art with management, consisting of a bunch of people with unbound energy, enthusiasm to learn, willingness to share ideas and last but not the least a respect for the culture itself. Dedicated to the convivial gathering, it brings colours to the Institute and helps the students freshen up. When students from almost all the states of the Nation join hands together, there is a cultural extravaganza in the shape of Monsoon Nights, Kalptaru, Dandiya Nights, etc.
