About:

Rampelly is an agriculture graduate having a self-disciplined, optimistic, and amicable personality. Graduating in agriculture allowed her to interact with and understand rural communities and the agricultural sector. She is good at analyzing situations and is an excellent team player. She was the team leader during her AELP (vermicomposting unit). Rampelly wishes to work in an environment that offers her to work with enthusiasm to achieve personal goals along with the organization’s goals and motives.

S.I - Organization: Orient paper mills, Amlai

SI Project - “Creating an awareness program in over 4000 villages to encourage maximum no. of farmers participation within a 100km radius of the mill by developing pitch & driving engagement”

Achievements:

• Successfully carried out various training and awareness camps during RAWE programs in my graduation.

• Completed a 7-day NSS camp at Gangadevipalli during my graduation.

• Won 1^st prize in chess competition at college events

• Member of EDC, mess committee at IIFM.
