Abhijeet is a diligent and meticulous individual, always willing to push himself to complete difficult tasks at work. His academic projects while completing his bachelor's degree provided him with the wealth of knowledge on field projects in the development sector, and he also shows interest in research work. He has always been a team player who enjoys coordinating and cooperating with his co-workers whenever possible.

• Successfully presented a research paper at National Online Conference on Planning Design and Management – 2021 & published the same in the conference proceedings.

• Two times winner of WIPRO Earthen sustainability national level inter-college competition (2019 & 2018).

• Won TN Khoshoo-Earthian Trophy (2018).

• Runner-up in the National competition event (Current Practices) at 20th Annual NOSPlan Convention.
