Snow Days

     1/29 1/30 - Asynch, snow days...             

                       On Thursday, please have your child read/look at books for two 15 minute time periods. 

Students should draw a picture of something they did -either playing in the snow or playing indoors during this time off. For those that are able, they may label the picture with a few word description of their activity.  Please make sure they write their names on their pictures and we will hang them up in the classroom.

Students should practice writing first and last names as well.

We were reviewing letters A-O this week. A fun activity for Thursday may be to have your child go on a scavenger hunt in the house, and find things that begin with each letter.

On Friday, please have your child read for two 15 minute time periods.

We are working on a geometry unit in math. Please have your child draw a "snow scene" using as many shapes as they can. A shape scavenger hunt in the house would be a fun activity to reinforce shape recognition.

We will stay on schedule and have our P is for PreK celebration next Wednesday, 2/4 and our 100th day celebration on 2/6/26.
