• Picture Day for students is on Monday, September 29th

• All homework is due by Friday. 

• Please be sure your child's name is labeled inside all sweatshirts, sweaters, and jackets.

• Eighth-grade fundraising has begun. We are being invited to be "Guest Scoopers" at Sweet Lucy's on September 17. It would be great if you could help. The sign-up link is below.

• Volunteer opportunities are available to help with first grade lunch and recess. If you are interested in signing up the information is below.  

• A message from Mrs. Gervay

Dear Parents,

 We are looking for lunchtime assistance to monitor the children in the cafeteria during the 1st and 2nd grade lunch period from 11:50 am to 12:20 pm and outside during recess (12:20-12:40 pm).

***YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT BACKGROUND CHECK ON FILE AT THE RECTORY BEFORE VOLUNTEERING.

 During this volunteer time, parents are expected to roam the cafeteria, paying particular attention to the whole grade level of their child (ie, 1st grade side vs 2nd grade side); help children with opening any packaging; and keep the students in their seats as much as possible. Bathroom requests should be referred to the Teacher Assistants. When out during recess, parents are expected to spread out to monitor all areas of the playground/blacktop. Please do not play with the students, as that will take your eyes away from the others.
