4th - 8th Grade Activities

These students can mostly check Google classroom for ideas, but I will also post the same activities here. I know 4th is new to Google classroom so sometime this week they will have a class they can join and it will have similar information to this website.

Also - any 5th - 8th that is still working on their final assignment given to them before we went to NTI needs to get that turned in.

Practice Typing

Older kids can all go to http://www.typing.com and practice their typing - I would love if they covered their hands, like I do for them in class. Anyone that types an hour a week at least 3 of the weeks we are out will receive an out of uniform pass. 5th - 8th you will sign in with your Google account. 4th grade your logins are still the old logins since you didn't have google classsroom at the beginning of the year. So for 4th grade only you will use your first and last name with ihm as your username (i.e. CindyWeilihm) and ihm2020 as your password.

Online Escape Rooms

Play with a Green Screen

You can purchase the DoInk App ($4.99) and set up an area with a big sheet behind you (can be a color other than green if needed and take yourself to all kinds of cool places!
